Phase 5: Commuter Challenge 2001

The event will occur.

The contractor will be performing the following functions, in this order of priority:

1. monitoring of web site for performance and accuracy of data
2. resolution of any site problems
3. receiving spreadsheet based inputs (e.g. from paper campaigns)
4. generating reports for organizing committees
5. generating results for use in press releases

A national pager number (1800) will be provided to organizing committees to report problems to the contractor.
