Primary developer time will be billed at a rate of $500/day. Some secondary developers (if available) will be used during phase 5.
GST is payable on the full amount.
The contractor is Sandelman Software Works, a federally incorporated, privately owned company (corporate #330287-3). Sandelman Software Works is owned by Michael Richardson and Meaghan Charlebois. Michael Richardson retains majority control.
The work will be performed by two primary developers: Michael Richardson, and Russel McOrmond. Russell McOrmond is sole proprietor of FLORA Community Consulting (Sole Proprietorship, Ontario Business #100035005 ).
