snprintf(3) for SunOS

This is an adaptation of the BSD 4.4 snprintf to function on SunOS. It requires GCC to compile the long long (aka quad_t) portions.

This code is no version controlled, nor do I use it much, having moved entirely to BSD4.4 based operating systems.
