What's in a name?




"IPSP" (IP Security Protocol) is very self-describing, and I personally
prefer it.

"Secure Internet Protocol" makes a nice RFC title, but hasn't "SIP" already
been used, possibly more than once?

Avoiding any confusion with respect to NSLP is probably worthwhile,
given the direction that document has been taking.
