Derek,

	Anonymity is an improtant feature, which is why PEM makes
explicit provision for PERSONA certificates.  The problem with
anonimity effected by certification rules that don't strive to
preclude use of non-unique names is that it leads to ambiguity even
when anonymity is not a goal.

	Your later comment suggestions there was a typo in my message.
I was referring to CRLs: certificate revocation lists.
