IPSEC meeting and NLSP


I'm having some difficulty discovering any details about the
forthcoming IPSEC meeting, which I would like to attend.  I've just about
gathered that it's in Toronto on 25th to 29th July, but that's about it.  Could
someone point me towards whom or what I should do to get further info.  Do I need
to send clearances, etc...

We here at the Defence Research Agency in the UK have just completed a 
proof-of-concept implementation of ISO's `Network Layer Security Protocol' (NLSP) 
and are currently looking at the feasibility of adapting it for a TCP/IP 
environment.  Is anyone else out there doing anything similar who could offer 
insights into difficulties/issues involved?

Any help on either of the above much appreciated!
