Ted,

	I noted that your message was somewhat "tongue in cheek."  I
didn't say that you suggested support for LEAF was a good motivation
for allowing random or structured IVs, but rather that you cited the
LEAF as good example of an IV that is incompatible with a sequence
number approach to IVs.
