Contribution procedure to IPSEC archive.

Files to be placed in the IPSEC repository can be postscript, text and
even code. The procedure to get these files put into available
directories are as follows.

ftp the file(s) to Ftp.Network.Com and place the files in the
IETF/IPSEC/incoming directory. This directory is a blind drop, you
(and others) will not be able to see these files.

After putting the files, please send email to me (hughes@network.com)
stating: 

	Which files you want to move, to where and if any renames.

	A text that you want to be placed in the announcement. (After
	the files are moved, the announcement will be forwarded to the
	ipsec reflector.)

Normal postscript is fine. If you have any questions about the
"normallity" of your postscript files, ask. I can print the file on
several printers to check before announcement.
