If so, have you read
M. Burmeister: "On the Risk of Opening Distributed Keys", Crypto '94.
which performs cryptanalysis of the protocols presented in
Yacobi's papers, and shows them to contain (at least theoretical)
weaknesses using certain forms of known key attacks?
