Perry,

A core set of IPv6 drafts are going to be suggested for proposed standard.
Ran has 3 of them,  What I mean't on Last Call is that my issue with the
sec (general architecture) draft were questions and logic regarding the
statements concerning widely deployed.  I would rather not issue the
comments at an IESG last call when it goes out for proposed if Ran can
satisfy my concerns or eliminate them on the mailing list.

I need to think on your questions of performance and examples. But I am
concerned about end to end commercial applications not the Internet ones 
right now (not that I am not concerned about the Internet ones).  TCP/IP
does not exist because of TELNET and DNS these are enablers and not
robust applications that people bet their business on.
