new Security Drafts available for ftp

Folks,

  Revised security drafts are available via anonymous ftp from
ftp.nrl.navy.mil.  I'm not sending them via email because I'm told the
list is now too large for big I-Ds to be posted to it.  

  They have also been submitted to the I-D archive folks at CNRI and
should appear at the usual I-D archive sites when those folks get
time.  They will appear with the prefix draft-ietf-ipsec-*.txt 
at the I-D archive sites.  

  The online IPng drafts having a prefix of draft-ietf-ipngwg-esp-*,
draft-ietf-ipngwg-auth-*, and draft-ietf-ipngwg-sec-* are now
obsoleted by these new drafts.
