I've finally updated the example online AH code fragment at
ftp://ftp.nrl.navy.mil/pub/ security/ipsec/ipsec-ah-fragment.c to
reflect the version of AH that we included with the "alpha-quality"
release of the NRL IPv6/IPsec software distribution for 4.4-Lite BSD.

This implements the Simpson/Metz/Atkinson compromise on what to
include with AH and is known to interoperate with Morningstar's AH
implementation over IPv4.
