Key management is a topic of discussion on this list. A major work item of
this group is to develop the "Internet Key Management Protocol". Three draft
proposals are currently posted on this work item. They are:
- draft-ietf-ipsec-photuris-*
- draft-ietf-ipsec-skip-*
- draft-ietf-ipsec-isakmp-*
These can be downloaded fron the IETF archive.
YOu might have your library look for the NTIS publication on Key Management
written by Roberto Zamparo. This survey covered a variety of existing work and
would serve as a good starting point for research.

reach the people who may know what I need.
I'm looking for information on key management in general and in the IP suite.
