A question on SPI name space.

Hi,

I have a question on SPI name space.
Do AH and ESP share a same SPI name space, or do AH and ESP
have separate SPI name spaces?

For example, if a packet has a AH and a ESP, should/can SPI of the AH
and SPI of the ESP be the same value?
