We are pleased to announce that the first release of ISAKMP is now
available. It is based on draft-ietf-ipsec-isakmp-04 which was
distributed prior to the Los Angeles IETF. The software can be
downloaded from:

	http://web.mit.edu/network/isakmp

We would like to thank MIT for providing the anonymous FTP service and,
specifically, Jeff Schiller for assisting in this process.
