Unidirectional SA (key)
Folks, I must apologize for bringing this issue up.
After thinking it over again, it seems to me that this problem is
naturally solved by the key management protocol.
If the KMP is designed to generate 2 uni-directional SA's with different
key values in one round, then there is no problem. If it is designed to
generate only 1 uni-directional SA in one round, then another round is
necessary to generate an SA for the other direction.
Again, sorry for the mix-up on my part.
