Document for Information
Members of PKIX and IPSEC may be interested in the document "Architecture
for Public-Key Infrastructure" prepared by the APKI Working Group of the
Open Group (OSF):
"This document describes an Architecture for Public-Key Infrastructure
components, identifies which elements of the architecture should (in the
opinion of the authors) be standardized, and identifies candidate interface
and protocol specifications which might serve as base documents for the
standardization efforts."
The document (currently available only in .ps form) is at:

I am told that an ASCII version is in preparation.
