Page 4, paragraph 2, line 6: Delete the double quote.

Page 4, 1.2, third sentence: Seems to me that the ability to handle unpadded
message digests should either be dropped or made mandatory. If it is optional,
then it adds an element to the security parameter negotiations. If it is
retained, then 2.2(8) must be modified accordingly.

Page 5, paragraph 1: "Protection" should be "Prevention" in two places.

Page 6, 2.2(8): This has to be modified to accommodate an unpadded hash.
