  The PF_KEY paper by Dan McDonald that was presented at INET'96 in
Montreal last June is available online in Postscript from:
        http://tonnant.itd.nrl.navy.mil/PF_KEY.ps

The NRL IPsec software for BSD is an example of an implementation of PF_KEY.

  I hope to see a PF_KEY I-D appear online in the near future.  I believe
there is an effort underway to create such an I-D based on both the NRL PF_KEY
API and also on the similar PF_SADB API of the NIST/NCSC IPsec code.
