Excuse me but what's the status of the "what key management scheme are we
agreeing upon" process?

If SKIP is it than this is nice.

IF SKIP isn't it then what is this? (I mean, it's a free internet but that
would mean the filename didn't start with "draft-ietf-...")

Attention SKIP people: this message is *not* meant in any way to be
