	I'm sorry that the text is not clear.  It was contributed by me and
I'll make sure the ambiguity is removed in the next draft.  The intent is
that each AH or ESP use require a separate SA, as has been the case for
some time.  Each combination of AH and ESP applied to a class of traffic
might be called an "SA bundle" as suggested in a recent message, but there
is no codified nomenclature for such aggregates yet.
