I totally agree with Charlie on this one.

The _reason_ AH is the way it is was because of:

	1.) It started off like _any other_ IPv6 header.
	2.) To make it a bit more IPv4-friendly, the multiple of 8 was
	    trimmed to a multiple of 4.

I also see no good reason to change this.
