    EVERY release of NRL IPsec __already__ supported binding IPsec SAs to
    routes, so that is NOT a new extension....  Those of us who wrote the
    original NRL code would _really_ appreciate it if Bill and others at
    PDX would drop that misleading claim.

I have gone back and studied the NRL (alpha 3 -- yes, it's pretty old) code
a bit, and what I see (correct me if I'm wrong (-: ) is that NRL's IPv6
code supports routes with security associations, but if only the IPv4 code
is used, none of this functionality is available.  The claim I made may be
misleading, but it should be fixed, not dropped.
