IANA and SA Attribute Registration (ISAKMP)

The ISAKMP draft (July 26, 1997) discusses that IANA will be the 
central authority for registering and managing SA attributes,
referencing STD 2, Assigned Numbers, October 1994.

i am assuming (perhaps incorrectly) SA attributes such as:

	-Key Establishment Method
	-Key Exchange Authentication Method
	-Etc. Etc.

... have been identified, defined, and numbers assigned by IANA..

However, i've missed finding this information in the drafts, etc.

Is there a matrix which defines the SA attributes and assigned
numbers?
