I believe the canonical DES weak/semi-weak key list
is listed in one of the FIPS on DES.  It might be
best all around if someone could locate the correct
FIPS, verify the list in the I-D against that list,
and then cite the FIPS as the source of ground truth.

It might be the case that someone at NIST could help
with this, since NIST used to be NBS and hence is the
author-of-record for those documents.
