IPSEC Interoperability Workshop - March 2nd-6th

Hi,

Cisco will be host an IPSec Interopability workshop March 2nd-7th in
Raleigh, North Carolina. The purpose event will be to test hardware and
software interopability in a realistic setting. All persons interested in
interoperability testing are welcome.

I am Stuart Phillips. I am a product manager for IOS Security at Cisco. I
am the coordinator for this event, and will be on site all week. My contact
information is below in my .sig.

Please contact me directly if you have any questions. I would also
appreciate a email if you are coming, although it is not required, because
I am still working on critical issues like how many T-shirts I need to order.

The event will be held at:

Embassy Suites
201 Harrison Oaks Blvd.
Cary, NC 27513
tel: 919-677-1840
fax: 919-677-1841

Which is at the Raleigh Airport.

More Information about the hotel is available at:

http://www.embassysuites.com/embassydocs/properties/RDUAP-1.html

Cisco has reserved 60 rooms at a discounted rate of 135 USD. This includes
breakfast and an evening cocktail hour for all guests. These rooms are for
you on a first come, first served basis. Due to very high demand for hotels
rooms in RTP, these rooms can only be held until 2/13, after that they will
be sold to other quests. It is therefore VERY important that you make your
reservation by 2/13, asking for the "Cisco Conference Rate", otherwise a
room at this hotel might be unavailable.

We have reserved a 3100 Square foot ball room which should be available to
us 24 hours a day. Cisco will provide a LAN with a 10BaseT routed network
with an outside Internet connection. Analog dial lines will also be
provided to test dial clients if needed. Cisco engineers will be on site to
help with network configuration issues. Please let me know if you need
anything special from the network. I recommend you remember to bring powers
strips, 10BaseT patch cables, and small 10BaseT hubs if you need them.
These always seem to be in short supply.

Any equipment that needs to shipped should be sent directly to the hotel.
You should expect to be able to start setting up Monday, 3/2, at 9AM.

Please let me know how I can help you all get the most from this workshop.

Stuart
