Dan and Doug, I like Dan's suggestion of reserving a few for "Private Use amongst consenting parties" (or whatever the correct verbage is). However, I'd really rather NOT reserve half of the total range for that purpose. How about reserving 240-255 for that use (conforming with Dan's pre-suggested compromise position) ?? Ran
