Yes, there are. SSH Communications Security produces an easy-to-use,
military grade encryption toolkit targeted especially for router, access
router, VPN, and firewall vendors. The toolkit has been fully tested to
be interoperable at ANX, provides strong, lightning fast crypto without
any export restrictions, and if that is not enough, it is easy to plug-in
hardware crypto (either European or non-European), too.
