Ya, "Any day now". The fact that it's been "Any day now" for a *year* is
frustrating, though.

So, what is the holdup *this* time? I thought we had dealt with Thomas
Narten's Discuss vote; have the drafts been resubmitted to the IESG since
then?

(Not that I care much anymore, as I'm no longer working on IPsec products
after next week :-)
