One more document: draft-ietf-ipsec-ciph-cbc


The RFC Editor has found normative references to
<draft-ietf-ipsec-ciph-cbc-02.txt> which apparently wasn't part of the
IPSEC document set that we forwarded to the IESG.  This will hold up the
IPSEC documents from being published as RFC's until we get this
resolved.  Oops.

After talking to Jeff and Bob, this is how we'd like to fix this
oversight.  Next Wednesday, I plan to forward this ipsec-ciph-cbc to
Jeff for advancement, so that the following day, it will go out to IETF
Last Call.  This will allow the IESG to vote on this document two weeks
later at their teleconference.

If anyone has any comments or knows of any changes that needs to be made
to draft-ietf-ipsec-ciph-cbc-02.txt before we push it forward for
advancement, I'd appreciate it you could let us know right away.
