Update to ipsec.entrust.com

Hi,

Some of you have been using ipsec.entrust.com to get certificates for
testing with IPSEC. The marketing people and lawyers finally found out I
set up the site and so the site has changed a lot, even the address:
http://freecerts.entrust.com, then follow the VPN links.

Development changes include:
 - rsaExtensionsAttribute - Will now accept either Extensions encoding or
T61String as per BCERT.
 - DSA (CA's key is RSA though, DSA CA coming soon)
 - can now accept requests with the -----BEGIN.., END----- tags.
 - new CA key so you have to get the CA cert again.

Test away, if you have any problems email the error code you get along with
your PKCS10 request and I'll check it out.

Bye.
