This is a PRELIMINARY note about the efforts to do another Testing
Event.  There is a plan to have a bake-off on the west coast of
the US in April.  Plans are _NOT_ firm.  There will be <some sort
of web page> on <some web site> soon.  If you want more information
you can contact me.

I am volunteering to be a temporary contact for this, as the
organzation around the bake-off gels, someone will make a more
formal announcement.
