New IPSec Monitoring MIB draft

Greetings,

A completely brand new IPSec Monitoring MIB draft is available. It is based
on the previous series of 'draft-ietf-ipsec-mib-xx.txt' series, but has
removed all application specific uses of IPSec, and is the basis for a new
series. As such, it is called 'draft-ietf-ipsec-monitor-mib-00.txt'.

The URL is <ftp://206.191.59.148/draft-ietf-monitor-mib-00.txt>.

A proposal for a VPN overlay MIB will be available within 2 weeks. This will
add back some of the functionality of the previous series that was removed.
