Question about the situation field of the SA payload.

Hi

Can anyone help me in clarifying the use of the situation in the SA payload (introduce in the IPDOI). 
I.e. Where the value for the following fields are defined? 

	1) "secrecy level"
	2) "secrecy category bitmap"
	3) "Integrity level"
	4) "integrity category bitmap"
