RasExp bug

MultiTech RasExpress modem server:
Scenario:
external user connects to b2l7.xxx.com 123.123.123.123
I nuke b2l7.xxx.com 123.123.123.123
Ras still shows user connected.
can not ping 123.123.123.123
they are nuked and disconnected yet RAS still shows them connected.
Hit me with them....
