Well, we could call it ECW for Ellis-Cocks-Williamson, for the three
folks who originally invented these algorithms at the UK Government
Communications Headquarters long before Rivest & co.  See the April
1999 issue of Wired.

Well, Cocks is the person who came up with the product of two large
primes idea, in 1973.  Williamson is the one who came up with what we
now know as Diffie-Hellman.

So, we could just call it Cocks.
