New mailing list for the May interop event

Greetings again. VPNC has started an open mailing list for folks going to 
or interested in the VPN Workshop being held May 23 to 28 in Santa Barbara, 
California. The purpose of the list is to discuss planning for the event, 
test scripts, things participants want to see, and so on. Although the list 
is open to participants and non-participants in the event, the focus is on 
the event. And, hey, we hope the non-participants change their minds and 
come and test!

Please note that registering for the event does *not* sign you up for the 
mailing list; you have to do that yourself.
