IPSEC-API mailing list

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----

After talking to a number of people at Minneapolis who are associated with
IPSEC, it seemed like it would be a good idea to start a list to discuss
APIs for IPSEC. With the foreknowledge Ted T'so of MIT and Paul Hoffman,
Director of VPNC, I am starting such a list.

The ipsec-api list is for discussing public API designs for the IPsec
protocols. If there is enough interest and enough experience, this list may
start work on a standard API for the IPsec protocol suite that can be
presented in the IETF.

In order to subscribe to the list, send email to
majordomo@tdmx.rutgers.edu. Place the following commands into the BODY of
the message:

subscribe ipsec-api
end

An archive of this list is being kept but is not yet available on the web.
