IPSEC win95/98/NT Clients

Hi,
  Are there any WIn95/98/NT ipsec clients with following features:
     1. Aggressive mode with preshared and RSA, DSA certificate
         authentication modes.
     2. Extended authentication mode supporting
           RADIUS, OTP ( rfc 2289 ) and S/Key ( rfc1760).
     3. Tunnel Mode.
     4. Should be able to use public IP address ( which was issued by
         local ISP ) as gateway IP address and should take one more
         IP address ( One of the IP address corporation private network)

         which will be used as src ip address in inner ip header.
