Hi, all
    I have 2 questions to disscuss with you:
o     should a phase II SA's DOI be the same as that of the ISAKMP SA?
       say, can a non-IPSEC-DOI ISAKMP SA carry on a IPSEC-AH SA?
o     IKE is specific to IPSEC-DOI? why not mandate that all DOIs should

       implement the same set of key exchange protocols?
