Jan, feel free to make other proposals of course, but what I am asking
the list to consider IS an IPsec SA seperate from other IPsec SAs and
dedicated to carrying (pick your favorite term [keepalive] ) traffic. No
new DOI needed here, although I am not opposed to considering such a
mechanism.
