Crypto API
Hello,
I am studying various kinds of Crypto-APIs one can
use to invoke
cryptographic services from IPSec (BITS
implementation), whole
idea is to make cryptographic functionality of IPSec
independent
from actual IPSec implementation. I have following
choices…
1. Simple crypto API (RFC 2628)
2. Microsoft crypto API
3. Common data secuirty architecture (CDSA)
4. GSS-API
5. PKCS #11 (Cryptoki)
6. RSA/Bsafe API
May I know what is commonly used crypto API on Windows
or Unix
Platform for the purpose of Ipsec implementation? Also
pl. mention if you are using a proprietary crypto
APIs.
