RE: What Ports Does IPSEC Use?
I'm not sure what you mean. As a layer three protocol, IPSEC itself has no
knowledge of ports at all (they are a layer 4 concept) Infact ESP will
encrypt the port information if it is a TCP/UDP packet.
If you are asking what ports various protocols within IPSEC use I believe
that IKE uses port 500 to handle IKE negotiations.
