IPsec or IPSec?

What is correct spelling of IPSEC? Is it with a lower s or an upper S?  It is spelled both ways in many of the documents.

For example the "IPsec Monitoring mib" and "IPsec Interactions with ECN" document spell it as IPsec while the "IPSec DOI Textual Conventions MIB" spells it as IPSec.  

The "Implemeting IPsec" book (Kaufman and Newman) spells it with lower case s and Building and Managing VPNs (Kosiur) spell it with upper case S. 

If would really help if Security working group in IETF clarified this
