We had a small IPsec interoperability event at Connectathon
(http://www.connectahon.org/), but because it followed the San Diego one, we
didn't have a lot of turnout.  The next Connectathon is March 1-8, 2001, and
we are planning on doing IPsec/IKE testing again.

If there's one between now and then (September or October is actually not a
bad time), that'd be cool.
