note that draft-iab-wirelessws-00.txt indicates that
there was resistance to acceptance of IPv6 in
"any" of 3G standards efforts (section 3.10).
it also notes that "there was considerable
aversion to use of IPsec and IKE protocols
due to perceived overhead and delay."
