IKE Delete message

	When sending this to notify the deletion of IPSEC SAs How do we know
the Source and destination address of the SAs. 
Do we need to keep a list aside to know it. The message may contain 2 IPSEC
SPIs to delete both established IPSEC SAs but there's one for each
direction.
	Also, when is IKE supposed to send this message? It's possible that
the IPSEC SAs expire after the ISAKMP SA and then there's no way to send
this message.
