These are merely cosmetic changes. This is a waste of everyone's time.
It was quite clear after the presentation in Adelaide that this document
does not clearly specify the problem it attempts to solve, and that many
of the assumptions upon which it is based are clearly incorrect.
Ignoring these facts will not advance this document.
