Re: Rijndael selected as AES
I've asked IANA to make AES assignments for IKE/ISAKMP, and they have done so.

In order to prevent the kind of last-minute-scramble that AES has caused
with respect to IANA assignments, I also got IANA to assign codepoints
for the SHA2 algorithm, which will get announced in the coming months.
NIST confirmed that it will have 3 different residue sizes:
256 bits
384 bits
512 bits
Which, not surprisingly, correspond to the AES required key lengths.
