Actually, this is one of work-items being discussed in
the SMuG and MSEC groups.  See www.SecureMulticast.org

A similar problem occurs in the Many-to-1 scenario,
such as in NACK-based reliable multicast protocols that
employ NACK or ACK supression or aggregation
(assuming they use something like IPsec AH for the authentication
of their control packets).
